Rwanda : Kenya commercial Bank introduces contact centre
The managing director of Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) in Rwanda Maurice Toriotich reminded the bank employees to always take good care of their customers.
This was on 20th/03/2012 at the opening ceremony of the KCB contact center when Maurice Toriotich said that the contact centre is a plat form for their clients to always call in at the bank any time for any help on a toll free line 5222.
This will improve on the services offered by the bank since their clients will be able to access bank services without necessarily visiting the bank premises.
“It is not the managing director who pays your salaries but the clients you serve. So it is you to take good care of them if they are to keep working with the bank”, Maurice Toriotich told the Bank employees.
The head of business in Kenya commercial bank Gloria Nyambok said that the contact center is very important for their customers because they have a right to know all the services and transactions happening in the bank since all the transactions or programs carried out are meant for their customers.
KCB contact center is still new in Rwanda however KCB Kenya introduced it way back in 2007 and helped to solve many of their client’s problems.
